We travelled up to Darlington on the Friday, ready for the Saturday dance out.
There were about 17 Morris Sides altogether, dancing in selected areas around the town in groups of three. As we moved around, we got to meet new dancers and different traditions, including sword and clog dancing. Although the weather wasn't too kind to us, it was good to socialise and enjoy each others dancing.
The Finale was held in the square where each side, in turn, got to perform one dance for everyone.
